Norton Password Manager

I have been using Norton Password Manger on my PC, Phone and Tablet for some years.

I have just made Chrome my default browser on my PC. Previously, Norton used EDGE. Now I cannot access my vault as the extension added to Chrome has created a new vault.

Does anybody know how to synchronize the Chrome extension to my original; vault?

I am surprised but it just started working. so post is now complete.

I'm really glad to hear that this sorted itself out, it maybe just needed a bit of time to recognise Chrome as the default browser and transfer the details across.

If you did continue to struggle, we have a few details on troubleshooting with the Norton services here, or it can also be worth reaching out to Norton directly.
