Game pass ultimate disappeared

Game pass ultimate ran out about a

month ago but my partner opted out of the renewal with out asking me. The email she received said we changed our mind then we just needed to log in and request it for the £12 a month. Gone on tonight to do this and there is no option on the website anywhere for game pass. But when you use the gaming tab at the top it shows clear as day you can get game pass for £12 you click where it says and takes you to the your products page with no option of game pass ? Can somebody help please ? Because we opted out does that mean we are not allowed it anymore.

It might seem a little odd, but https://ee.co.uk/products/xbox-game-pass-ultimate is where you'll find it now.
