    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System: &lt;/STRONG&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Browser:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Mozilla Firefox&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello. For some reason I am unable to access my BT Cloud account - every attempt to access the website, &lt;A href="https://btcloud.bt.com/web," target="_blank"&gt;https://btcloud.bt.com/web, &lt;/A&gt;results in an error that says "Sorry there was a problem. Please Try Again Later. Error code MBB3-04.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I am aware that BT Cloud is going read-only this month, as the service is no longer being offered, but this issue has been happening since last month at least. Thankfully I backed everything up from it long before the announcement, but I would like to access it just in case there is anything I have missed. Can someone please help? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you get the same error if you try a different browser?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried clearing cookies and cache and trying the link again?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
