    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I started a new subscription back in Oct/Nov of 2022 which included a 12 month gamepass subscription, it even shows this on the page when I try to activate this, however I get this error message every time:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H4&gt;We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2.&lt;/H4&gt;&lt;P&gt;I couldn't activate this before but as I didn't have an Xbox I couldn't be bothered to go around in circles for weeks based on previous experiences of BT support, but it's been broken for almost a year now and now I actually want to use it since I got an Xbox and still can't&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried contacting BT multiple times, both by livechat and phone, some staff members seem to say they are filling in a form to fix it, but then I wait a week and hear nothing and other staff members don't seem to know what I'm talking about and will pass me from department to department, I get back in touch and I hear the same thing again and to wait again, which seems like BT are just hoping I give up so they can save some money&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've read online this is an incredibly common issue also but I'm just getting nowhere and don't know what else to do&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I recommend giving our &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt" target="_blank"&gt;Broadband Support team&lt;/A&gt; another call to see if there is any update from the last time you have spoken to them. Hopefully they're getting closer to getting this resolved.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please keep us updated here with what happens.&lt;/P&gt;
