    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/340391"&gt;@joerocca&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you say you are trying to update your Norton subscription, what exactly is it you are trying to update?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you login to your BT ID and select the Your Security, you should then see a page which has separate boxes for BT Parental controls, BT Web Protect, BT Virus Protect, Norton Password Manager etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Each box has a manage button in it through which to make changes, is this what you are seeing when visiting the Your Security section?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If not are you sure the BT ID you are logging in with is set as account holder. You can check by going to My BT&amp;gt; Your Details&amp;gt; Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Norton Anitivirus link missing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to update my Norton subscription. But canot find the link. I've followered the instruction from BT&amp;nbsp; go to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account detials\your security when I scroll down the only security takes me to the help links. Has anyone had this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
