    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to change my password for My BT after a message telling me my access was being compromised. I did this and can access My BT but I cannot access the BT Mail App on my mobile. All I get is a message to re-login and when I do I get this message on screen&amp;nbsp; - " Unable to log in. No Network available". I have reinstalled the app but get the same message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get access to my email s on my phone as I seem to be going round in circles? Is there a problem with the App?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The BTMail app is poor in my opinion and you would be better to use different email app even the one that comes pre installed on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do want to keep usig it I would suggest that you unistall it again &lt;STRONG&gt;then restart&lt;/STRONG&gt; your phone and then re install it remembering to use your new password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
