bt cloud app issue and more

what on earth is going on with bt cloud app.

I've downloaded several times now and this will not open at all.

what's annoying me is that it is closing end of October and I'm trying to download all my files before this date.

i have tried doing as a zip file from web as another tyre of attempt and the system times out before i manage to scroll through all the photos.im unable to change dates on this from 1970-2014 witch don't help.

why cant bt make things easy for once .hours of my time wasted sorting this out

hopefully somebody has a solution

Are you still having problems opening the app?

Is your handset running on the latest software with storage available?

I’m trying to download files on bt app on a windows computer , downloaded app several times and it will not open at all . Also if I try to download photos from web browser way it times out before I can scroll through all the pictures to select all to save as a zip file

very annoying

I would recommend speaking with our customer care team so they can raise this be looked into further.
