BT cloud not opening photos

Using android phone Pixel 6, I want to finish downloading years of photos from BT cloud before it closes. This was working fine last week. Now I just get greyed out mountain symbols in my photos file. Can anyone help. Thank you

Welcome to the community.

Are you using the latest version of the BT Cloud app? Could you try deleting and redownloading it please?
