&lt;P&gt;I can totally understand that you want to get this sorted before the end of the month.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you try to delete the BT Cloud desktop app and install it again to make sure it is the most up to date version and try again?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>BT Cloud Error Syncing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have downloaded the BT Cloud Desktop app but am constantly getting the message "Error Syncing" and cant see any of my folders. I am trying to download them all off BT cloud to my laptop?? Please someone help me before I lose all my photos....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
