Trying to add Xbox pass to my account as it used to be available as an extra. There are no links available to this anymore, has this been removed from an optional extra ?.

Welcome to the community.

You should still be able to add this to your account. Was it the free one after recently starting a new contract or the chargeable version you were trying to add?

Were you logged into the MyBT app or the website when trying to add it?

Thanks for the reply. I’m an existing customer just trying to add a pass. I have tried through MyBT on both mobile and desktop. The link is no longer available. I’ve seen other comments on adding 3rd party links, etc, they don’t exist either. It looks like it’s all been removed albeit there is a link that suggests you can still join Xbox but that just takes you back to MyBT.

If it isn't showing the option in MyBT, the best thing I can suggest would be to get in touch with our Account & Billing guides and they can look to see if they can get it added to your account.
