      <title>BT cloud download not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am trying to download my files from BT cloud. I've tried installing the BT application on my laptop, but this does not. It's configured and says it synching but nothing is happening. Tried also to back it up to my iPhone. Following the instructions as provided but again to no avail. Says it's restoring but is stuck on the first file and nothing is happening. Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
