    <description>&lt;P&gt;Its not going to get fixed. You have to phone the number and talk to the Tech guys.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying for a month now spoke to them for the third time today and still waiting for a reply from Microsoft with a code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Tech guys just fill in a form and send off to MS so they are blaming MS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Trying to redeem Xbox Game pass gift.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded to 900mbs bb from BT, it works great, however whenever I go to re-deem the Xbox game pass I get a big red box error with the words "This part of BT.com is down for&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Maintenance" - and it's been saying that for over a week now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas when they will fix this part of the site? Everything else works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
