Can't activate my 6 months game pass

It's now 3 weeks and I still haven't got access toy 6 months game pass. When I try to activate it says system is down to call number. I called number and was told I will receive activation in 1 week, 1 week later still nothing. Called again and was told they are not sure and will need to look into it again. It's really frustrating, one of the reasons I joined was for the pass and now can't even access it, can someone please help
