Have done that twice with Bt help. Had to get into cloud via Web. They gave me a production download file to download so that I can save direct to my new portable 2TB hard drive. Downloading a 44gb file from cloud it stopped downloading at 18. 2gb then showed 'session expired'. Rrlogged in again and tred downloading the same 44gb file hoping it would transfer the rest. It only transferred 18.2 GB again and it was exactly the same file as transferred before ie it did not append!

Hi @BONZO21.

Welcome to the community.

I know that would be frustrating when you want to make sure that the information is downloaded before the end of the month.

Can you try to delete the BT Cloud desktop app and install it again to make sure it is on the latest version, then try again to see if the same thing happens?
