anyone managed to successfully download from BT cloud?

I have followed instructions. I now have all of my folders downloaded - but nothing in them. This is via the app.

My attempt yesterday - working from the website - proved more fruitful. It then downloaded folders with separate documents but if there were any subfolders, those subfolders remain empty.

Please, please help. I never thought it would be this difficult. I just thought it would be the same as transferring dropbox files over.

Yes - they haven't solved it yet either.
