I added TNT Sports to my broadband yesterday. 'Track my Order' shows several steps, ends with a yellow background exclamation mark next to a box 'TNT Sports Discovery +' and button 'Get it on Google Play', which I did.

The next screen says '.... Acivate Discovery+' which seems sensible. After clicking that, I get a load of bumph to scroll down through to get to a choice of 3 buttons, the third of which is 'TNT Sports on discovery+ Premium (Monthly Pass)', 'Activate discovery+ now...'. That leads to a dialog showing:

TNT Sports

Confirm your account

We can see see someone has already logged into a BT account on this device. Please confirm the below account...

Which is the correct account! So I confirm it and get told : TNT Sports account not recognised. After that, it's all about paying to get it. Which is disappointing!

Anybody know what I'm doing wrong, please?
