Cant download my photo albums

Im trying to download all my photo albums but i keep getting the following message, anyone offer any help please on how i can get them to download?

As per the heading at top of community page ' BT CLOUD is now closed and all files will be deleted'.

So im not able to download any of my photos? I tried to download an individual photo and that downloaded ok?

There are numerous posts hereabout it. You may be able to get some downloaded but this has been ongoing since August

Thanks for coming to the community.

If an individual photo has downloaded, you should still be able to get the information before it is deleted.

Can you try to delete the BT Cloud desktop app and install it again to make sure you have the latest version and then try again?

You can download the latest version from the Download your files from BT Cloud page.

Let me know how you get on.

Hi Michael just tried again to download different albums, managed to download 5 of the 10 albums then i get the error message as above

Yes, back to square one nothing will download.

Are you still able to download individual photos from the folders that haven't downloaded yet or is it not working at all?

Are you trying to download all the albums together or one at a time?

Yes i can download individual photos, trying to download individual albums.

Do you have many photos in each album? I know its not ideal but it was just to see if you were able to download them individually or in batches?

I have 12 albums, i have managed to download 9 of the albums, but not matter what i try i cannot get the other albums to download, one album has 12 photos in it the rest have around 70 or 80 photos or videos.

Have you tried downloading them through both the BT Cloud app and through the BT Cloud desktop website, @bikeit?

Tried both, the only way i can now get them to download is one at a time. its going to be a long night 😂
