    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just re-read your post.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since July 2022 New BT Broadband customers no longer have the option to set up an BTMail email account&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You stated that you have set up a BTID along with email and password. Was this a BTMail email account or an email address from another email service?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you were previously a BT Broadband customer and it is a BTMail address from that account have you tried logging onto your MyBT from that time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got bt broadband and trying to get onto mybt app, but going round in circles&amp;nbsp; because although have set up ID, email and password when I try to log in I keep getting&amp;nbsp; email not verified message.&amp;nbsp; Anyone know how to solve this issue..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
