    <description>&lt;P&gt;when was your activation date.&amp;nbsp; you need to wait until the 14 day cooling off period has expired and then try going to MYBT content partners.&amp;nbsp; i would wait bit longer that the 14 days - you will not lose your free game pass&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve upgraded to a new package &amp;amp; it says a free 12 month Game Pass subscription is included. When I try to activate it though, I keep getting the error message “We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2.” and when I call the number it just goes to a general faults line. Any ideas what to do? The text message said I have 14 days to activate it which is rapidly approaching &amp;amp; I don’t want to lose it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
