      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Hi, I took out BT Broadband in September and I’ve been trying to get Game Pass (12 months) added as per my sign up offer but each time I get the following error message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;‘&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2.’ &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;it’s quite frustrating because I’m not getting the service I paid for, how can I get this sorted as ringing hasn’t done anything?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/339520"&gt;@Peter_W&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;When you ring the number provided on the error message it takes you to the BT Broadband fault line which isn’t the issue. My broadband is working fine. I believe the issue (looking around other posts on this forum) is I was supposed to receive a web form or something to activate Xbox Game Pass but it looks like that was never sent. If you’re able to do this manually that would be a huge help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
