      <title>Cannot update parental controls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On BT.com it says that in order to change your parental control settings I need to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://bt.com/mybt" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Log in to My BT&lt;/A&gt; with your BT ID&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down to and click on the &lt;STRONG&gt;Manage your extras&lt;/STRONG&gt; button followed by clicking on &lt;STRONG&gt;Manage BT Parental Controls&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select 'Manage Settings' under BT Parental Controls and choose the &lt;STRONG&gt;Change filter levels&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trouble is there is no Manage your extras button on my My Bt account. There is only Manage your emails, and when I click on that it tells me I cannot access those details as I am not the account holder. I am.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called BT the other day and they said it was a problem with your website and apps and apple products (which seems utterly utterly ridiculous).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But there should be a work around in the BT community. So here I am asking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not have these options, the only option under Your Products is 'Your Email'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke with BT and they said there was a problem with app and website not working on apple and there was a work around that I should ask the community about.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for coming back here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would recommend giving us another call to ensure your account has been set up correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are getting an error advising you aren't the account holder this is something that will need to be checked by one of our agents with account access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
