BT WIFI APP

I have got a new Android - trying to set up / login to BT WIFI app for connecting to hotspots when they are available - it is still there on my old Android and working. When i put in log in details from my BT account, it shows error message " Service Problem - ...systems are very busy at the moment - please try again later." Same error message for 2 days. I am also an EE customer (have two accounts). Tried putting EE log in details and same error message...

I have seen past posts on this but cant proceed further with EE either - EE App is downloaded and works to show my billing etc.

Appreciate if there is any guidance.

I'm afraid with the WiFi hotspot service moving to EE, the BT App has ceased to work and there is no equivalent EE App (thanks BT/EE!)
When you want to contect to a hotspot you need to go to Connections-WiFi on your phone and click on the EE WiFi SSID if there's one available. Then you'll be prompted to put in your BT or EE username and password.
Annoyingly you have to do this EVERY TIME you want to connect to a hotspot, the old BT app system where you only needed to sign in once is no more.

Thank you for clarifying - just shows that they are making it unusable..
