BT Virus guard - The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

Hi, I have searched before posting my question but cant find an answer that works. I have a new PC and want to load BT virus guard.

When I logon to MyBT and click on the BT Virus Protect it keeps taking me to " The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred." I'm using chrome .

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Have you tried any other browsers? Do you get the same error message?

Same on Microsoft edge

Are you using a VPN? If so, could you try with it disconnected please?

no VPN in use sorry , I'm using a GMKtec PC, Windows 11 connected via Wifi

I recommend having a chat with our Customer Services team so that they can get this reported against your account and run through some troubleshooting with you.
