Norton Password Manager

My question does not fit into any categories. I have Norton supplied by BT on my computer. I have just tried to log into a website that I use often. For the first time, where I had to put in digits from a passcode there was a Norton password manager logo sitting in one of the boxes that I needed to input a number. It would not let me put in the number because the logo was there. It cant remove it and therefore I cannot access the website. I am no expert on Norton and don't know what I can do to sort this. There is no FAQs or help category from BT to discuss any issues with Norton they provide. Can anyone help.
