&lt;P&gt;You should be able to opt out of auto renew in your My BT account. When you log in, click on products and when you scroll down you should have the option to opt out of the auto renewal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't see the option to cancel, get in touch with our &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides&lt;/A&gt; and they'll be able to help to remove it at the end of the term.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive been offered Xbox Ultimate pass free for 12 months.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is can I activate this then cancel the subscription after a week and still get tbe 12 months free. Reason is I'm sure in 12 months I will forget about it and start getting charged for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any info&lt;/P&gt;</description>
