    <description>&lt;P&gt;when was your activation date?&amp;nbsp; you need to wait at least 14 days until the cooling off period expires before you can get pass - probably nearer 21 days&amp;nbsp; you can try billing who may be able to help after cooling off passed&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't find a way to activate game pass and have not received an email to do so. It is impossible to contact BT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone tell me how to contact BT when I don't have access to a phone??? Or even better how to cancel my contract due to bad service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's over a month. They just have **bleep** customer service, impossible to get in touch with and actually speak to someone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
