Hi there

I'm trying to claim the BT Rewards Card, but the page won't load once I input my BT ID. Would really appreciate some support as I would like to claim this.

In case you are not, you need to be out of the 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.

If you are out of the 14days try contacting BT

If you are beyond the 14 days cooling off period that @gg30340 mentioned, and you still aren't able to claim, please get in touch with our Account & Billing guides. They can access your account and help to get the Reward Card chased for you.
