      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to claim the BT Rewards Card, but the page won't load once I input my BT ID. Would really appreciate some support as I would like to claim this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They can access your account and help to get the Reward Card chased for you.&lt;/P&gt;
