      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I’ve read all the posts for game pass problems and spoke to one of the billing team 7 days ago who was sending a form to the relevant department to get me a code. I’ve noticed the broken button to add game pass is no longer there and I’ve still not received my code from the relevant department. Anyone else found the same?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would contact billing again and get a different person who hopefully will get your pass sent to you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When was it you spoke with the team? Once they have sent the request off, it can be up to 7 working days for the Xbox Game Pass code to be sent to your email.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You would need to wait 14 days after the contract was set up before trying to activate the Game Pass.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the webform has been looked into the team will email you the code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
