      <title>XBox Game Pass errors</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been having issues on trying to activate the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass (6 months) that was included in my new contract upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I always used to end up getting the 'System is down for maintenance, submit your activation request by calling on 0330****150, choose option 1 and then option 2.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you can imagine, I have spent hours on the phone in a loop. Then tried the chatbot, which again didn't help much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally, managed to speak to a BT guide on the chat and raised my complaint. Said that they would email me the activation code in 5 days. No further updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And today when I logged into My BT, manage products tab - the Xbox game pass activation option itself is removed!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please suggest some help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I managed to chat with the BT guide, through the message now option. They said they would manually validate the Xbox pass and email it to me. Nothing so far!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you had a chance to check your spam and junk folder to see if the validation email has ended up in there?&lt;/P&gt;
