    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do I personally have this issue with the MyBT app - no!&amp;nbsp; It would seem as if the settings are not being saved, this is most likely due to "permissions" being incorrectly set.&amp;nbsp; So you'd need to dig into the settings on your phone, look for the "App permissions" and change those that are relevant to "allow".&amp;nbsp; Depending on your mobile these settings can be reset to a restricted state if you don't use the app often enough.&amp;nbsp; But "often enough" is usually a few months or so!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone else keep being asked to login to the app using a username and password, and then finding, once logged in, that you have to set a pass code - again, allow biometric login - again, and see the little purple "new" flag next to the "your networks" tab? It's as if I have never used the app before. It can occur within half an hour of having already used the app!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reason I keep opening the app is to check my WiFi network, which seems to be rather unstable!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
