BT Wi-Fi controls not working

When you use the App for BT Wi-Fi controls it tells me to "download the app" so frustrating when a company of this caliber doesn't care. I suppose once you've signed the contract they've got you no matter how poor the service.

I've tried to activate BT Controls and all I ever get is the usual "wait another 2 hours".

I've previously set up controls several moths ago but now I can't get into the option to make any changes.

The app is very poor and focused on selling more product rather than helping with existing issues.

the BTWIFI app is no longer available and you need to use the EE equivalent

The BT website, under the banner of "BT Wi-Fi Controls" says to Download the BT app which sends me to app store to download the BT App.

Can someone from BT please comment ?

sorry I misunderstood what app you are trying to download the BTWIFI is gone but you must be able to download the MYBT app

Can someone from BT please help or reply.

The MyBT App tells me to download the MyBT App in order to use parental controls as per below!

I'm already in the App for goodness sake

The website page tells me to activate it but wait for 2 hours and I've waited more than 2 hours, days even. still nothing.

BT Wi-Fi doesn't have parental controls, not safe for kids.

Since the BT Parental Controls have not worked, I assume I am able to cancel my contract without penalties?
This is all I ever get "Your BT Parental Controls will be turned on within the next 2 hours. Please check back soon."
