parental controls stuck on

turned on parental controls, everything was super slow so i decided to turn it off but the dialog box for activation is still showing activate. cannot turn off safe browsing as well please help

If you haven't already, can you please try connecting to the browser version of My BT from a different device or browser, whilst still connected to your network?

If this still isn't working, I'd recommend reaching out to our technical team, and we can take a closer look into things from there.

What's happening when you try and use the messaging option, this will initially connect you with a virtual assistant, but this should help route you to a member of our team once we've done some checks.

If this isn't working, it's also possible to give them a call on 150 from a BT phone, or 0330 1234 150 from another provider.
