Content Partner Section missing.

Hello,

I had 12 months Game Pass Ultimate with my subscription, but I can't find where to actually access it? I've looked everywhere, and the Content Partner area is completely missing. Does anyone have any ideas? Could the offer have expired?

This offer is no longer available to new customers, so the option to add this via the content partners portal was removed.

Provided you took out your contract prior to the 28th of January though, you should still be able to redeem this.

Just give our customer care team a call, and they can take a look into this for you.
