      <title>BT Norton has detected a problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My BT Norton has detected a problem but when viewing the device it says "fixing - Make sure your computer is connected to the internet", which it is but doesn't seem to be doing anything apart from spinning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its been doing this for about an hour now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Does it say specifically what the problem is that has been detected?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp; shutdown/ restarted a number of times and no change, I'd go back into the page and it was still spinning. Never said what the issue was.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I finally just downloaded the software again. Which fixed it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
