ee wifif hotspot log in problem

like @rachelserena in oct 2023 and others before me i struggle with log in in from my android phone - i have to go through two sets of log in

i have downloaded the app to my phone, but it will not accept my log in details

access is not a problem on my android laptop

The BTWifi app no longer works.

You need to log on using a web browser and your BTID and password not your EEID.

thanks for the update - can i use the EE app with my BTID?

I don't use EE so not sure but think you will find you need to set up an EEID to be able to use it and it won't connect you to the EEWifi.

Going by the reviews for it on the Play Store it is a piece of junk.
