App disconnection

I didn't realise the bt smart controls app was being disconnected. I have videos on there of my son having night terrors, is there any way of getting them as I am unable to access the app and I wasn't aware it was being disconnected.

Can I back up my data recorded through my baby monitor?

The application stores images and videos captured by the application, these are accessible through the Gallery section within the app.

Once the service is no longer available, you may not be able to access your content captured through the application. To ensure you retain any media you’d like to keep you can use the "Share" option available in the Photo and Video sections of the Gallery to back up your files.

Yes but I am unable to gain access to the app, so was wondering if they can be retrieved.
