MT BT log in use with a vpn

Hi I use a vpn for security reasons and MYBT login doesn't work with a vpn it jus loops back to my BT page is this a bug that needs fixing or are vpns not allowed when logging in.

I use vpn & had a problem logging in ,so i put it in pause & got in ok.Having read your post i tried logging in using vpn & i got a verifcation pop up I received a verification code,entered it & i got in ok ,bit different to what you appear getting,might be worth trying with vpn on pause if you haven't tried it.

That said there appears to be a problem this morning at bt's end regarding logging in.I can't get in today with or without vpn.

Thanks for the reply. I can get in if i pause the vpn but i dont like to id rather the vpn was on. Thanks
