Hi all,

I've been using the Parental Controls for a while but have noticed that they can be completely overridden if you simply use private browsing on an iPhone or iPad (Safari).

I spoke with BT about it, at length, and they said there's nothing they can do.

Has anyone found an effective way to block sites via BT or the router itself? I'm trying to avoid putting specific parental control apps on every device in the house , surely there's a way I can block sites centrally at the router?

Any ideas?

J

Parental controls are fine for preventing young children from accidently stumbling on something inappropriate, they are not going to work for older tech savvy kids determined on circumventing them.
