As far as I'm aware, Norton isn't part of the EE package. Just use Windows Defender.

Hi ,

I was moved over from BT to EE , and now , i cannot find Norton antivirus - ? anyone knows how please?

when asked the same question from ChatGPT , it tells me that you have to log o to EE ,Account then register it and download - That in principle OK but when you try this , It forces extra charge per month - when initially moved over I asked the same question, and was told your account package will moved over and should not any issues in download Antivirus .

or is it a hidden charge or someitng elase to do ?

Thanks

You'd be better off asking that question on the EE forum.

From what I gathered new customers get cyber security (Norton) free for a year with EE.

But sadly I think if you transfer from BT to EE you're not technically a new customer

Hi @anandass

The EE Cyber Security Add-on is available as a chargeable add-on to new and existing consumer customers who have Essentials, All Rounder or Busiest Home Bundle broadband plans.
It is included with the Full Works broadband plan.
So if you're on the Full Works it shouldn't be showing a monthly cost for the service.

To activate your service visit Setting up EE Cyber Security.

Ali

So it's looking like what you got free with BT you'll now have to pay for with EE.

Bit rich EE giving Norton a fancy title and charging for it given it's free on BT and Plusnet.
