      <description>&lt;P&gt;I may be twiddle dee, twiddle d.. but when i follow the Anti Virus install for an android computer I am unable to follow the information route below to install and/or check for visuses. The routing does not allow me to install and when i click onto either of the broadband options, it takes&amp;nbsp; me to a page to renew my broadband and/or for new packages. I have tried to phone using the contact route but get through i sent check for faults rather than options or help. The status will then change to 'Manage'&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Manage&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;to start installing BT Virus Protect on your device&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
