    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm am sick of the app. It worked when I first signed up for BT. I'm not getting the speeds of I ternet I should be so went to check the app and it asked me to verify my email with a code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only problem is when. I go to my email to get the code the app the. Goes back to the start and I have to request another code and it does the same thing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It then says I've requested too many codes and I need to wait, use a precious code (which doesn't work) and I've even tried to say I don't have access to the email so it sends me txt&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.but then asks me for my new email to send a code too!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.it's so frustrating and even trying to log into it on a browsing I get the same issues!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any one found a work around?&amp;nbsp; Any BT agents help me fix it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried to force stop and I've uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing seems to work..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
