&lt;P&gt;If this is happening on your home Wi‑Fi, it’s worth checking a couple of settings on the BT Hub. Smart Setup can sometimes interfere with how apps connect, so turning that off is a good first step to see if it helps. It’s also worth having a quick look at any Parental or Content Controls you’ve got enabled, just to make sure nothing there is restricting the connection.&lt;/P&gt;
