Hi

Here’s hoping that I’ve posted this in the right place. Since the update the other week to BT Cyber Threat Protect my standalone Norton VPN not only got disabled but won’t install as I thought reinstalling it would solve the problem. . I’m wondering if anybody else has been affected by this conflict within the Norton installer. I’ve tried so many different ways & 2 different laptops windows 10 & 11. I’ve lost track of how many hrs I’ve spent on the phone & webchat as well as remote assistance with both Norton (who can’t solve it) & BT (who have passed it to offline support).

Has anybody got any knowledge as to what Norton/ BT have done to cause such a conflict when everything worked fine before & if BT have plans to activate the VPN given that I get a pop up window when my laptop connects to a new network that has a toggle switch to switch the VPN on

Thanks
