Since the upgrade of Norton to BT Cyber Threat Protect (done automatically, not at my request) I'm encountering a number of issues:

1. On Windows 11, both the search option and the Windows icon in the Task Bar no longer function

2. Cyberghost VPN application no longer works. It sometimes opens (not always) but when open if I try and choose an option (e.g. Settings) the app just closes. I also cannot connect to a VPN through the app. I have tried disabling Web Protect as suggested in various forums but it makes no difference.

The rollout of this product seems to have been a retrograde step! It should not adversely affect the systems onto which it is installed.

Would be nice to be able to rollback to the previous Norton BT Protect version which had none of these issues!
