WiFi settings in app

i was able to use WiFi setting in the app to control who has access to the internet. Now the app tells me to download the app but I’m already in the app. The website sends me back to the app and the circle continues.

I’ve spoken to bt they deleted my account and gave me a new one. Made no difference.

i was then told this will be sorted by June 10 as its a problem for everyone. This was mid may.

i still can’t get to the setting via the app to use the groups I had set up.

has anyone got this or had this and got any ideas to help.

You must turn on "Wifi Security" within the app first which will then allow access to the "Access Controls" in the app.
