    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the free XBox game pass subscription when I upgraded to full fibre broadband. I have now cancelled this and want to re-subscribe directly through Microsoft. However, my account is still tied to BT, as it appears many others are having this same problem. Microsoft say it has to be done by BT/EE. So please can somebody point me in the right direction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simon&lt;/P&gt;</description>
