    <description>Hi Again,&lt;BR /&gt;Received text from BT on 28th June saying problem fixed. Downloaded app today and same problem exists. Try to use app and before you can enter PIN the app takes you to complete profile, which is and has always been complete. Problem not fixed</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT App has stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You try to log in and just go around in circles. No opportunity to add a pin code, just asks you to complete your profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then tells you the password is incorrect. Changed all the passwords for BT, BT Mail updated settings on my iPad, iPhone and Windows PC and all works fine. My BT App continues to go around in circles, asks me to update profile and then states password incorrect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very frustrating and now completely unusable. Have deleted reinstalled no change. Absolute rubbish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help welcome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
