    <description>&lt;P&gt;Bt customer took months to get service now slow speeds bt engineers can't see my line openreach says brass been reset and ip profile needs changing as I'm getting a 2mbps speed instead of 8mbps due to adsl 2000 being capped at 2mbps bt claim we can't see your line do we can't fix profile issue .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Openreach says simple fix to date no joy have 2 complaints in at ceo level at bt and openreach.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone know why bt can't just repoint the line switch it off start again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lines been tested by openreach hub all working at 8mbps but still slow speeds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wires been replaced etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how to fix had service 18 months ago in late 2022 plusnet no issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
