It’s so frustrating!!!

Iv had 4 engineers come out and tell me the line is ok. Iv had a new hub and socket fitted. But still the problem persists. Iv tried disconnecting every device, it’s still dropping out. I found (below) this on the event list of my router. I don’t know what it means.. can anyone help???

Next

Time and date

Message

22:29:06, 19 Dec.

SIP WAN DOWN

22:29:06, 19 Dec.

PPP.

Hi @Craigherrod

Welcome to the community.

I'm not sure what caused it, but the log definitely shows some drops.
When the engineers came, did they check or replace your cables? That could be a cause for these drops.

The only advice I can give is to try speaking with our technical support team so that we can continue troubleshooting to get to the bottom of the problem.

Chris
