How do I order another WiFi Disc I cant find anywhere to order on the web site.

Is this for the BT Complete Wi-Fi (black discs), or the BT Whole Home (white discs)?

The white ones are not compatible with the BT Complete Wi-Fi.

If its the BT Complete Wi-Fi , then

Use the online troubleshooter https://support.bt.com/fix/broadband/?view=broadbandtroubleshooter

There should be a process there to request another disc.

It's the black one. Bedroom drops out all the time but troubleshooting is no good. It even dropped out while doing a test but still BT said it was ok.

All I want is an extra Black one.

Ring BT 0n 0800 800 150 and request an additional disc.
